Meet Lindsay Opdyke, Physical Therapist

Lindsay is passionate about helping patients reach their highest wellness potential by using a holistic treatment approach. This approach takes into account the various systems of the physical body, listening to understand each client about their specific goals and keen observation of movement. This is accomplish this through one-on-one personalized care, bridged with continuous education, customized manual techniques and restorative exercises.

In 2003, Lindsay received her Masters in Physical Therapy from Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, after completing her Bachelors in Biology at Villanova University and studying abroad at Sydney University. She initially began her career in the acute care setting at New England Baptist Orthopedic Hospital in Boston, MA, successfully treating patients who underwent joint replacements and complicated spine surgeries. Areas of professional interest include Orthopedics and Sports Medicine, Manual Therapy, Aquatic Therapy, Postural Correction, Pre/Post-Partum Physical Therapy, Injury Prevention and Fall Prevention.

Having recently moved here from the east coast, Lindsay enjoys exploring Santa Barbara with her husband and 2 young children as well as yoga and Pilates, home renovation/design projects and international travel.
